The biggest surprise for me in the reading was also the most confusing. This was the concept of intracapital. I hadn't heard the term before. I would ask the author, isn't this just internal research and development budget? Also I would ask whether intracapital is a newer concept or if it's been around in business for decades.
I do not feel the author was particularly wrong about anything in the chapters.
